Mrinal is recognized as one of the main expert witnesses in international arbitration. He distinguished himself by being named to the arbitration lists of Who’s Who Legal 2019, 2020 and 2021, as well as by landing on List of expert arbitration witnesses from WWL 2021 opinion leaders. He is appointed to the Board of Directors of the Society of Construction Law – Western India Chapter and is a member of the SIAC Users Council. He is also appointed to the advisory board of the Center for Arbitration & Research at the Maharashtra National Law University.
Mrinal received an All India Economics Merit Certificate from the CBSE in 2001, after which he graduated in Economics from St. Stephen’s College (Delhi) in 2004. He received his MBA (Finance) from the Fordham Graduate School of Business in New York and began his professional career with a Big Four accounting firm in New York. He is a visiting professor in several business schools and lecturer at various national and international conferences.
